Ongoing Project: Chequers Hill Development
Arazu Construction Ltd is currently working on the Chequers Hill development, a high-quality residential project featuring eight timber frame new build properties.
Located in Bough Beech, the £2.1 million development aims to deliver energy-efficient homes, each designed to meet modern energy efficiency standards.
At the forefront of this development are numerous sustainable building practices, featuring a range of advanced technologies such as air source heat pumps (ASHP), photovoltaic panels (PV), mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR), underfloor heating (UFH), triple glazing, and wastewater heat recovery (WWHR).
The site has specific environmental constraints, such as the presence of protected species like bats, badgers, and newts. We are working closely with ecologists to ensure all recommendations are followed and the natural habitat is preserved. We look forward to updating you as this project continues.

Ongoing Project - Chavecroft, Epsom
Arazu Construction Ltd are currently working alongside Raven Housing Trust on a D&B contract at the Chavecroft development to deliver a high-quality residential project featuring 5 timber frame units & 18 traditionally built apartments.
Located in Epsom, the £6.3 million development aims to deliver energy-efficient A96 homes each design to meet modern energy efficiency standards.
The development has incorporated numerous sustainable building practices, featuring a range of advanced technologies such as ASHP, PV, MVHR, UFH, Tripple glazing & WWHR.
The 23 units will be available to meet social housing requirements in the area.
Completion date December 2025



Ongoing Project - Cooden Sea Road
Arazu Construction are currently working on a project alongside a private developer to deliver 9 apartments. The scheme is a D&B contract of which the ground and 1st floors are a refurbishment to the existing building and the 2nd floor being new build timber frame construction.
The site is in Little Common, Cooden, East Sussex. The location has great access to local shops, schools & a train station with links into London.
The apartments are a mix of 1,2 & 3 beds with stunning views of the coast and inland woodlands. The design incorporates, MVHR, Tripple glazing & ASHP and are completed to a high specification.
Arazu work very closely with the client throughout the process to ensure that the standard and specification achieves all desirable.
Completion date April 2025

Ongoing Project - Hollow Lane
Arazu Construction are currently working alongside Tandridge district council to deliver a net zero carbon scheme in Dormans land, Lingfield.
The scheme is made of 1 bungalow and 4 apartments traditionally built with D&B contract value of £1.5million.
The development has incorporated numerous sustainable building practices, featuring a range of advanced technologies such as ASHP, PV, MVHR, UFH, Tripple glazing & WWHR. Arazu will also be delivering the new car parking area adjacent to the site open for parking for visitors and residents.
Completion date March 2026
